Welcome to Brookedale Boarding and Grooming Brookedale Boarding and Grooming offers spacious indoor boarding facilities to care for your pets when you must be away. Our facilities are air conditioned & heated. Extra walks can be requested for a fee. Medications can be administered to your pet for a small additional fee per day. All our pet boarders are given lots of TLC! We'll always contact you at the emergency number you provide should your pet require any medical treatment or veterinary procedures performed while you're away. At Brookedale Boarding and Grooming we'll walk your dog on a leash 2 to 3 times for per day in our beautiful fenced outdoor exercise area. Extra walks can be requested for a small additional fee. You'll need to bring your pet's current vaccine history. We'll also need a telephone contact number where we can reach you in case of an emergency. We also encourage you to bring your pet's favorite treats, toys and a blanket to make your pet feel more secure while you're away.
WE BOARD ALL YOUR PETS! For pocket pets, birds, and exotic pets, please bring food, cage, bedding and any other special items they may require.
BOARDING REQUIREMENTS We recommend and encourage pet owners to have the vaccinations current on their pet(s) and on a dog the Bordatella vaccination gives the best protection against kennel cough when it has been administered less than 6 months prior to their stay. Cats should receive the feline version of Bordatella which is called the Protex Bb. Dogs must have a current (less than 6 months old) negative fecal result before going into the kennel. All dogs are walked in a common area. We also require proof for dogs and cats of a current Rabies vaccination. Please be cautioned that all owners with pets that are not current on their vaccinations will be signing a waiver absolving Brookeside Veterinary Hospital and Brookedale Boarding and Grooming of any responsibility if their pet becomes ill with any virus or other contagious disease.
LET'S EAT! You may also bring your pet's own food, or we can provide meals for your pet. We provide Science Diet Maintenance food in our kennel for boarders that do not bring their own food. Boarding patrons pay for the day they drop off and for the day they pick up their pet. Example: Patrons dropping off on  Friday and picking up on Monday would be charged for 4 days.)
